The Boston Globe Names Nutter a Top Place to Work for 2019

Nutter has been selected as one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts in the 12th annual employee-based survey project from The Boston Globe. This is the second consecutive year that Nutter has been named to the list.

Top Places to Work recognizes the most admired workplaces in the state voted on by the people who know them best – their employees. The survey measures employee opinions about their company’s direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement. Nutter ranked 20th in the large company category.

“We are thrilled that Nutter has once again been honored for its outstanding work environment. This achievement, which is based upon our employees’ honest feedback, is one that we greatly value,” said Michael E. Scott, co-managing partner of Nutter. Added co-managing partner Liam T. O’Connell, “Being recognized for the second year in a row signifies the firm’s commitment to investing in its employees, which in turn will better position us to serve the needs of our clients.”

The rankings in Top Places to Work are based on confidential survey information from nearly 66,000 individuals at 323 Massachusetts organizations. The winners share a few key traits, including offering progressive benefits, giving their employees a voice, and encouraging them to have some fun while they’re at it.
