WHAT: The Drawing Democracy Coalition will be releasing their Unity Maps for state legislative redistricting. The proposed changes to State House and State Senate districts seek to keep communities of interest whole, ensure equitable representation for BIPOC, immigrant and low-income communities, and pave the way for these communities to build political power. Speakers will include representatives from several of Drawing Democracy’s priority districts that will see significant changes in the Unity Maps.
